Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each item has its own measurements for body length and body width. Please follow the measurements and the size guide chart to determine which size to order. Try using an item you have at home that fits great and compare the measurements.
Q: Does the glitter flake off?
A: No, we use a high-quality glitter material that does not flake off onto your hands or in the wash.
Q: I ordered the wrong size; can I make an exchange?
A: Yes, you can ship back the item(s) that didn't work to:

Inside the package, please leave a note including your order number and what you want to exchange the item(s) for. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. We will cover the shipping cost of the new items. Store credit is offered as well, please note if this is what you would like instead of a new item. Sorry, no refunds.
Q: How do I add a name to the back of my item?
A: To personalize your item with a name, start by selecting an item. Click on the button that says "Start Designing". Select the "Back" view of the item and click "Add Text". You can add a name, change the color of a name, and change the font. To add a name to any pre-decorated items such as polos, shorts, pants, and zip-ups, select the item, check the "Yes" box, and type your name.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: You can expect your order to be shipped out to you within 7-10 business days. Please allow a few days for shipping through USPS after that.
Q: What brands of products do you use?
A: We use a variety of quality brands such as: Gildan, Holloway, Augusta, Port & Company, L.A.T., Bella + Canvas, Enza, New Era, Sport-Tek, J. America, Q-Tees, District, and more!
Q: Do I have to pick up my order at the school?
A: No! We ship directly to your home!
Q: Does my order benefit the school in any way?
A: Yes! Through this fundraiser, a portion of each order is given back to the school, allowing them to further support the school in ways such as: New playground equipment, school supplies, new textbooks, field trips, and more!

A: You can give our friendly customer service team a call at (517) 606-0000. We are happy to assist you Monday-Friday 7am-3pm EST. If you are calling after hours, please feel free to leave us a voicemail with your name and order number and we will return your call. You can also email us anytime at email@example.com.
Q: I am having trouble logging into my account, what should I do?
A: The username for your account is your email address without anything after the @ symbol. If you cannot remember your password or still have trouble logging in, please give us a call.
Q: I am not sure what to buy yet or I want to give the gift of spiritwear, what should I do?
A: We have eGift Cards available for purchase! Select the eGift Cards tab on the home page. You can send the gift right to someone's email.
Q: I am having a technical, transactional, or another issue on the website. Do I call the school for help?
A: No, we handle everything for the school. If you have any issues whatsoever, please give us a call at (517) 606-0000. We'd be happy to help!
Q: I want to know when future sales and promotions are happening, what should I do?
A: Sign up for emails at the bottom of the Home Page or register an account.
Q: I ordered spiritwear but never received a confirmation email. Where is it?
A: It may have gone to your junk folder. We recommend checking your Junk folder and mark the email as "Not Junk". If you still do not see an email, it is possible your order never went through to us. Give us a call or email us and we can check for you.
